ECO Collection is an importer and reseller of sustainable and Fair Trade lifestyle products. We distribute our products to different warehouses and retailers. Therefore, only the retailers and wholesalers could obtain products directly from our website. But don’t worry! Quickly check “Where to find us” for the shops selling products from ECO Collection.

You can become a new customer of ECO Collection when you have a subscription to the Chamber of Commerce.

All prices in our web shop are excluding the standard Dutch VAT of 21%.

Yes, the glasses are safe for the dishwasher. However, after every wash, the dishwasher produces lots of steam for drying the dish quickly at high temperatures. This process, in combination with the alkaline dishwashing detergents, have a negative impact on the quality of glass. After several dish washes, white tarnish will be visible on the glass. They will also feel somewhat rough and dry. This is called glass corrosion or weathering. These will probably be there permanently.

What quickens the glass corrosion or weathering?
• High washing temperatures
• Powerful alkaline detergents
• Wrong dose of detergents
• Unfortunate composition of the water, “too hard” or “too soft” water

From a practical perspective, it is wise to put the glasses in the dishwasher, but not often! Some tips:
• If applicable, use a glass program
• Use shine rinse
• Use a so called glass protector
• Use salt
• Before the process of steaming, get the glasses out of the dishwasher

Through the web shop, you as customer can easily place an order. The products will be delivered after the settlement of the invoice. Of course, you can also visit our showroom in Culemborg, the Netherlands, and place an order there. Orders above €300.- (ex. VAT) will be delivered without any delivery charge. Orders below €300.- will be charged delivery costs of €17.50

Customer service

As a Fair Trade importer, we take upmost care of importing the products. Our suppliers do a terrific job in this (and many other) perspective(s). If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your order, you can contact us any time through info@eco-collection.nl. Furthermore:
• You have the right of an inspection period of 14 days, starting from the day of the delivery.
• You are allowed to open packages to assess the quality and satisfaction of the product. Any returned products should be sent back in the original packaging.
• ECO Collection is not responsible for the costs of returning the products. We also cannot accept any unstamped shipments.
• When ECO Collection accepts the return of the product(s), we will refund the amount within 14 days after the decomposition of the sale.
• When you choose for a replacement product, we will send this as soon as possible to you.
